This note covers Lemonade's public enquiry form for classes, workshops and events. Parent Studio and future artwork-sharing tools will have separate notices before they go live.
Service selected, contact name, contact detail, participant age range, general area, preferred timing, optional planning notes, referral code if present and the enquiry timestamp. We do not ask for a child's name, exact address, birth date, medical information or photo.
Only to respond, discuss fit and manage the next step in a class or event enquiry. Enquiry details are not permission to publish a child's work or send unrelated marketing.
Requests are stored in the website's protected database and can be viewed only through the studio's authorised inbox. The retention period will be published before the first operational intake.
You may ask Lemonade to access, correct or delete an enquiry, or withdraw permission to continue processing it. A public privacy contact will be added before the first operational intake.
Our working rule: celebrate the artwork publicly; keep the child private.
